How we use AI
Simblia uses AI to help people create and adapt learning content, never to make decisions about learners.
Where AI is used
- Authoring tools: teachers and organisations can turn their own material into lessons, quizzes and Scam Lab scenarios, adapt them to an age or role, and translate between Danish and English.
- Scam Lab realism: some scenarios recreate AI-generated scams, such as a cloned voice, so learners can recognise them. They are clearly fictional and contained in the platform.
Where AI is not used
- Grades, assessments, admissions or any decision about a learner.
- Profiling children or predicting their behaviour.
- Emotion recognition of any kind.
Our rules
- A person reviews and approves all AI-assisted content before learners see it.
- People are told when they use an AI feature or see AI-assisted content.
- Learners' personal data is never used to train AI models.
- AI features run on models hosted in the EU wherever possible.
- Everyone at Simblia is trained in responsible AI use.
- We record each AI feature's risk classification under the EU AI Act and review it when the feature changes.
